TCP loopback connection leak when running the Stratum Server on Windows 11 #19

	Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
 
		
After diagnosis, I have made a link between running the Stratum Server and Windows 11 and the machine running out of ports to use.
After just 1 day running, you can look in the Windows Resource Monitor, Network tab, and tick grim.exe to view only those connections.
Right now I see 1000's TCP Connections open for Loopback to Loopback where one end is port 12972 and both ends are grim.exe.
Stopping the Stratum does not end the connections, but not starting it will never have the issue.
The only way to close them is to exit.
I do not know which version this is, as it doesn't appear to be in the program anywhere.
I do think it is the most recent main release though, given the date modified in ProgramFiles.
